Henan Jincheng diaphragm pump is much different with other China's diaphragm pump for well mannfactured, good seal and good dry suction. The max pressure can reach to 16 bar. Following pump properties of our diaphragm pump.

Enhanced structural strength, the plastic pumpbody is durable.
Solid flange connection, strong and durable.
Raw material is PP-H which low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, wearing resistance better than PP.

The bolts of plastic pump are of Stainless steel 304.
Jofee can supply PP-H pump and PVDF pump from 1/2" to 3".
Jincheng's diaphragm plate
Aluminum plate and stainless steel plate adopt unibody design, can avoid the leakage from the bolts hole.
Plasitc plate increase the plastic part thickness, insert with metal sheet, strong and durable.
The diaphragm plate of other manufacturers. Usually are metal plate with a bolt. Their plastic plate no insert with metal plate, no strong enough, under high working pressure may crack
Jincheng's Valve Ball
Raw material, Hytrel from Dupont, Santoprene from Exxon,
Ball adopt ball grinding machine to process, in high roundness. Can enhance the pump seal and reduce air consumption.
Jincheng's Diaphragm Rod
Material grade is Stainless steel 321, in good wearing resistance, chemical resistance and good self-lubricating.
The rod surface adopt Grinding process, low coefficient of friction.
Rod's end to be smooth small fillet, will not cut V-ring.
Most other manufacturer. Their valve ball not in high roundness. Their diaphragm rod material grade lower than SS321. If liquid into air valve, very easily cause the diaphragm rod been corroded.
Pilot air valve, no dead point and no need lubrication.
Stainless steel valve plate adopt surface grinding process, low coefficient of friction.
The plastic parts of air valve adopt improved acetal material which in excellent wearing resistance, low coefficient of friction, good self-lubricating. Good toughness and rigidity
Working principle:
The installs each diaphragm in both aligned working cavities(A)&(B), which can be connected together with a central coupling lever. The compression air enters the air distribution valve from the air entrance of the pump, draw the compression air into one cavity through the air distribution mechanism, push out the diaphragm movement in the cavity. The gas in another cavity will be drained. Once reaching the stroke terminal, the air distribution mechanism will automatically draw the compression air into another working cavity, push out the diaphragm to move towards the opposite direction, so as to let the both diaphragms continuously reciprocate motion in synchronism.
