5.Working principle

The upper and lower filtering belts are tighten by the movement of a series rollers and cylinders on the machine, the free moisture in the sludge between the two layers belt will uninterruptedly be squeezed out to complete the sludge/water separation process. The working procedure can be divided into three stages: gravity dewatering, wedge preliminary pressure and dewatering, medium & high pressure cutting and dewatering.The belt squeezing and filter is composed of Frame Body, Rollers, Modifying Device, Tightening and dewatering System, Filtering Belts, Scraper Panel, Washing System and so on
