Product Description
This belt filter press is mainly consisted by feeding device, upper dripping tray, rollers, tensioning devices, middle dripping tray, washing device, bias-adjust device, filter cloth, scraper device, lower dripping tray, frame, etc.
Structure characteristic:

2) The gravity dewatering zone and wedge-shaped dehydration area ensure material is fully dehydrated and the material will not overflow in the press area.
3) This sludge dewatering machine is equipped with PLC control system, making the machine have highly automatic; Discharge and slag mud cake are all can be effected by this system, making the machine have a simple operation.
4) Mechanical power transmission adopts machinery and frequency stepless speed arrangement with good adaptability.
5) This machine Adopts pneumatic automatic correction device to ensure the normal and safe operation of the belt filter.
6) This machine has the feature of safe and reliable in operation, because it has infrared safety protecting device and full range of emergency stop device.
