G type screw pump with inside mesh, belong to rotate cubage pump. Because of its strong application with medium, stable flow, well suction capacity, low pressure fluctuation.

G type screw pump is a late model based on rotary type engaged positive displacement.

Helical rotor pump is the new type pump; the main working parts are eccentric and the fixed muff (stator). The stator is made of the edible rubber that is innocuous and flavorless. 

Because of the special geometrical form of these two parts, they are forming the separated sealing vessel, the medium flow through the axial evenly. The internal flow rate is low, the cubage is invariable. The pressure is stable. So there is no backset and agitation. The output pressure for each stage pump is 0.6Mpa, the delivery lift is 60m(clear water), the self-priming is normally higher than 6m.

So the stator is made of many kinds of elastic material, so this kind of pump can transport the liquid with high viscosity, the medium with hard solid grain and the medium with fiber. The flow capacity is in direct ratio with the rotor speed.

The structure of the pump is compact, the cubage is small, and the repair is easy. It can applicable to all kinds of medium, the flow capacity is stable, the pressure artery is small, and the self-priming capacity is high. The working temperature can reach to 120°C. If you need to transport the medium of high temperature reach to 120°C -- 350°C, you can have it made to order. It is widely used to industrial departments such as food, metallurgy, papermaking, printing and dyeing, chemistry, fertilizer and pharmacy.
